Yanking code should support placement into a register. I've rebased this on top of recent master and haven't tested the new integration much (working on that here).

Skip the check for WIP commits

If a commit message subject starts with `WIP` (also seen as `[WIP]` and lowercase), allowing otherwise blocked content without a prompt would be useful.
