changes in data structure, field formats and content

seems that starting March 23rd the structure of the json has changed (E.g. on /daily and /daily/[date]), as well as the date format (2020-03-22T09:43:06 vs. 2020-03-23 23:19:34) and some fields which are zeros. can anyone update on the exact changes? are the zeros bugs to be fixed or deprecated fields not to be provided going forward? are there any other backwards incompatible changes expected?
