Get Province State data by Country

Suggestion:

Add a province state data for countries, like the United States.

Example:

api/[country]/[province] api/countries/us/michigan

This would be handy in further categorizing cases, as well as generating information such as a zoomable map, as you could retrieve more detailed information about cases.
