Tab block has the following issues:

  1. Copying and pasting tab block doesn't show first tab properly.
  2. When clicking on add pattern with tab block it doesn't show first tab. (Related to 1st but likely separate patch require)
  3. Preview of tab pattern doesn't show first active tab content.
