Active link for tab block not displaying correctly

Expected Behaviour

Active link displayed correctly under the selected tab

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to https://fse-mdc-web.pantheonsite.io/
2. Click on "About" from the main navigation
3. See the link displaying correctly after the About tab
4. Click on "Blog" from the main navigation

Note, we have fixed this issue on material theme by comparing current link with navigation link for material navigation component.

Removed from milestone as we have workaround.
