Usage example:

TabLayout tabLayout = ...;

Tab firstTab = tabLayout.newTab()
    .setText("Tab 1")
    .setOnTabClickListener((tab) -> {
        if (!isSomeCheckValid) {
            // Show some error dialog.
            return;
        }

        tab.select();
     });

tabLayout.addTab(firstTab);
