Proposal: Change license to Affero GPL 3.0-only

I want to change the license of this repository (https://github.com/mataroa-blog/mataroa) and its code to be under the terms of GNU Affero General Public License version 3.0 only.

The most significant difference with this change is that whoever wants to distribute the mataroa software will have to disclose their changes to the source code, if any. In contrast, our current MIT license allows one to take this software and distribute it as closed source.

To make this change, all contributors must agree to relicense their contributions under the new license, GNU Affero General Public License version 3.0 only.
