Move Page Link to the top

I think it's good if the page link is moved to the top, or below the blog title.

Edit: I'm confused, I mean the link of each page that is next to "Subscribe" at the bottom of the page. I think it would be better if it was placed on the top of the page. So it's easy for readers to find "About" or "Contact" page without having to scroll down.

Yes, that's what I meant as well.

It's a change increasingly requested. The idea behind the decision to have it in the bottom is that a blog is interesting because of the blog posts. Anything else is secondary and should be in secondary view (i.e. not at the top).

But maybe due to a large number of blog posts, scrolling grows too much and is annoying. Thus, I am considering changing it in the future.
