Use 'Single Onion Services'

Since Mastodon instances almost never need location privacy (they are usually also reachable via clearweb), it makes sense to use this mode. Makes them much faster, but still provides the advantages of Onion Services. This is also the default in EOTH used e.g. by Twitter and Facebook.
