• We should change references of myhosting.com to example.com as in https://github.com/mastodon/documentation/pull/937
• I like how https://github.com/mastodon/documentation/pull/923 references using the official Tor site for installation method, but if we're going to keep more detailed ones here we should probably align our instructions to the current ones.
• Should we also incorporate https://github.com/mastodon/documentation/pull/901/files instructions for nginx?
