Red Dead Redemption ignores system control setting

I have ReverseNX-RT set to have Handheld mode globally; For some reason, Red Dead Redemption ignores this. If I leave it "Controlled by system" it remains in "Docked" mode, despite it saying "Controlled by system: Yes"; if I change system control, I can then manually set RDR to Handheld mode. If I change system control back to on, it goes right back to Docked mode.

RDR is the only game this happens with. I'm guessing it's something to do with it not having worked at all until the 2nd-to-last update.

Did you use ReverseNX-Tool and forgot you set RDR to docked mode maybe?

Nope, I checked, RDR is set to "System"
