How can i make a esp32 nat router with lan so it functions as a long range repeater?

I love this idea of a NAT-router with monitoring options. Could you make a simple handson noob tutoral how to connect the esp32 to a LAN-board so i can connect it with a cable and connect device through wifi. Also how to program this.
