question: is it possible to connect to cellular networks?

I am sorry if this is a dumb question, my technical knowledge is very limited. I have an EdgeBox ESP100 with ESP32S3 at hand and would like to use it to connect sensors in a remote place to the internet. The edgebox also has a 4G - A7670G SIMCom LTE Cat 1 module. Is this esp32_nat_router software capable of handling this usecase? Thank in advance you for your help!
