Platformio how to install framework

I'm gonna build it using platformio but I can't install esp-idf framework. I have no idea what i am doing.

i have found this page but i couldn't find a way to install it.

I tried to install with command line and it gave me this error

image click on Platforms then on embedded and search for esp

Click on Espressif 32 and install the version you want
