如图，utils中是否能提供国内坐标的纠偏方法

具体是，我想把高德地图中绘制的矢量展示在2000坐标系的三维场景中，打算根据矢量中心点拼接一个固定的场景center，但是中心点出现了偏移，所以想使用工具纠偏，如果不能转换的话，有没有其他更好的方式可以实现呢？我尝试在map3d下设置偏移坐标系为gcj02但是并没有达成目的。
