Documentation issue: Missing API coverage for numpy and pandas

Right now the documentation of Mars does not list and compare the Dataframe and Tensor with the Pandas Dataframe and Numpy API.

It will be great if we can compare the current Mars APIs with Pandas and Numpy.

It would also be great to see APIs that are still yet to be implemented or cannot be paralleized.
