+1 prefix always use USA flag

In case i type a Canadian number (has the same prefix than Usa), the flag won't update to the Canadian one.

We have two scenarios:

1. User in Canada typing a phone number: would be possible to guess the region and show the Canada flag
2. User in other countries but not USA or Canada typing a +1 phone number: which flag should be shown?

With just the +1, perhaps the USA flag can be shown, however as soon as the area code entered is Canadian (ie, 587), can be switched to Canada flag.
