Successful build on Mint 22 except for one issue.

Had to comment out line 517 "execute pip3 install pip setup tools"... otherwise fails with "externally-managed-environment" error. After manually making sure that setup tools were installed, the script ran to completion with a build of ffmpeg V 7.1.
