Does this script include ffmpeg with the ARM Neon patch for faster encoding on Apple Silicon?

If not, is there a way we can re-build using a separate ffmpeg file? Referring to this one in particular: https://www.osxexperts.net
It doesn't even build on Apple Silicon so I'd say no.
