Samplstack Installation giving AssertionError

I am trying to setup samplestack on my machine with marklogic 9. When I run -> gulp run command, I am getting an assertion error. Attached screenshot. Could you please help me with it. samplestackerror

Samplestack has not been upgraded for compatibility with MarkLogic 9. You can download and run with MarkLogic 8, or you can browse the code online to get an idea of what is going on and ask questions about specific code blocks.
