Questions list should return to first page when sort order is changed.

When changing the sort order of the Question list, the list should return to the first page.

I think this already works, but wanted to be sure it was captured. (I updated the wireframes to describe this feature.)

this seems like a task not an RFE...not a change from requirements just a clarification?

Since it wasn't called out in the spec, it is technically an RFE. That said, it seems to work as desired, but I wanted to log this so it was official, and subject to testing. Not sure how it should be assigned, though. I assume all RFEs go through you...
