Look into distribution/pre-install of Samplestack on virtual environments

Microsoft requesting a sample application to be deployed on Azure instances that come with MarkLogic pre-installed. We are already deploying MarkLogic to other cloud instances such as AWS and should consider using Samplestack as part of the developer version of MarkLogic.

Considerations:

1. Pre-install requirements - any license issues with installing pre-reqs where user does not go through the click-through? MarkLogic already has a workaround. Consider for JDK, gulp, node, etc
2. Keep track of where Samplestack deployed as part of release process. MLU, Amazon, MS/C2S, live hosted environment.
3. How to deploy? May become a script as part of release process. Script to install and update? Look into existing build process for golden images - delayed from release candidates. Consider C2S which has no internet access
4. Additional QA would not be required, perhaps smoke test.
