Code coverage - Seems to be broken and reporting an error in extension Runtime Status

Hi,

I have been using the Code coverage extension and it has worked with no issue. Something seems to have changed recently, and it no longer highlights uncovered lines. When I go to the extension in VSCode, and check the Runtime Status tab, I see this: image
