Add support for openstreetmap.org as a provider

I'm not sure it takes any support from this library to do that, but as I see many providers listed I'm noticing here that openstreetmap is not there.

OSM now has OAuth 2.0 support, I don't think there is any documentation at this point, but it may make things easier.
