We can put a sane limit, it's OK if we don't get all possible images for a website.

32x24 might be too small, it was chosen arbitrarily. We should investigate what would be the best size.
I'm not sure what the exact cause is.
No, I'd prefer to keep them. Some of them might be valid after cropping (#115).
