flickering in zoom lens example

Happens on both:

The flickering is worst when tiles are loading for the first time, but even afterward there's residual flickering as you move the loupe around.

Appears fine in Chrome, with roughly equal amounts of flicker in Firefox and Safari. (OS X 10.8, all browsers at latest stable.)

I get flicker even in Chrome (27.0.1453.93).
