Possibility of loading tiled pyramidal 3D dataset with Napari-lazy-openslide?

I am a Ph.D. student at the University of Washington, and my lab is using light-sheet microscopy to gather 3D datasets of cancerous biopsies. We present the false-colored 3D dataset to pathologists for analysis. I wanted to express my appreciation for the "napari-lazy-openslide" plugin, which I find to be a powerful tool. I have successfully loaded some large tiled pyramidal 2D images with the plugin, and it worked incredibly well.

However, I have encountered a challenge with the tiled pyramidal 3D dataset, as the plugin seems to be unable to recognize and load it. I am curious if it is possible to use the plugin with the tiled pyramidal 3D dataset, or if there are alternative approaches you might suggest. Any guidance you can offer would be tremendously beneficial since it could significantly reduce the amount of time required to load large 3D datasets.
