why not ``username_api.raml``. That would be cleaner, imo

but you cannot run the server without installing test requirements. That's why it should be moved into main requirements

i think our safe bet is to drop medium avatar support to be honest. it doesn't seem worth so much effort

i don't think anyone else uses the API best to my knowledge. I think it would be a good idea to complete this. Then i can automate the heroku deployment...
