@LondonSi72 Can you try below steps: - Boot the kit. - Start assistant_grpc_demo.py - Ask the Assistant, "Increase the volume to 100%" See if it works.

@fjulian79 which version of voice kit do you have ?

@LuQ232 Can you try to reflash the kit with the latest image https://github.com/google/aiyprojects-raspbian/releases/tag/v20191113 and see if the issue is still reproducible ?

Did you try to run assistant_grpc_demo.py ? Have you allowed your Google account to be used for assistant services ?
