Publish to npm

Hi,

Many people (including me) prefer to use npm to manage front end dependencies.

The project already has a fairly complete package.json, so publishing to npm should be fairly painless.

In the meantime, I have published this myself:

https://www.npmjs.com/package/oly-angular-isotope

I am happy to transfer ownership if you come back to this project.

@mankindsoftware @bighuggies i deprecated mine today https://www.npmjs.com/package/angular-isotope . Would either of you like ownership so you can have the original name?
