Can you pastebin the full build output? It obviously works for me since I can build a release build, so something must be special in either your or my environment.

What version are you using? This should have been fixed with #737, but I'll double check whether the fix got lost.

This seems like a limitation/issue of the API. I'll contact GH support about it.

The way the readme mentioned in #434 works fine in OctoDroid, hence that issue is closed. I assume the readme you mentioned is formatted differently, need to check how exactly.

Unfortunately I don't see a way for getting diffs without whitespace changes in Github's API :-(
