RTL support

Explanation if the page(body) or the scrolled component is in right to left (direction:rtl style) the default scrollbars are opposite and all the current calculation are wrong. #69

Changes

  • add support for RTL component (src code)
  • add example in the examples page

To Do

  • there is a minor bug with firefox with the horizontal scrolling if its in RTL mode - the scrolling is not working smood (maybe i need help there)
  • add tests maybe for RTL

@malte-wessel and this project has no value - since he is not cooperate at all ! Does anyone knows good alternative supports RTL ?
