[feature]: Github integration anywhere

Is there an existing issue for this?

Summary

I would like to put [Project-1] tags anywhere on Github and have it linked. You should not be required to select only a single repository per project.

Why should this be worked on?

The integration is too confusing as-is, and it's not comparable to Plane's competitors.

our integration is already in Alpha, we are testing this internally. in fact this is the first comment coming from Plane onto our repo with our GitHub integration.

@vihar it's great that the integration is there, but needing the plane tags to sync is a bit weird to me -- if you're syncing a repository you probably want to see all the issues in it? (Or in other words, what's the use-case for not having issues not sync by default?)

The "linking" messages (seen above) should also be optional imo.

The project typically contains various types of issues, including some non-technical ones related to operations and other areas. This is why we use explicit GitHub tags to categorize them properly. we will soon introduce a feature to sync GitHub issues without the explicit tags.
