Data not save in database in initial and default values not working

Hi there

I made an option panel page but options do not save in the database initially and they just insert into database after the saving the settings. So there is a problem with default values and actually, I can not access any data without saving the settings once. While some other frameworks like Redux Framework store the options initially. Can you fix it? Thank you
