Check for licenses from Family Sharing

I have many apps that were purchased by a family member and shared to my personal account using Family Sharing. However, it seems that when I try to use ipatool to download these apps I get an error that I do not have a license for them. Is it possible to add functionality to check for licenses shared from family members?
