Server connect two same player

Hello guys, sorry for my bad english I have a problem to play with my friend : When I connect myself to the server, It's my account connected; But when my friend connect himself to the server he was logged on my account ! We are connected on the same both account at the same time.

I tried to tell to my friend to connect first, but when I connect myself, It's the account of my friends..

Any solution ?
