Issues with ejecting and formatting under win 11

I had to install Btrfs to add ROMs to my pocket console flash drive. But here's the annoying part—I can't simply eject the card; I have to shut down the whole PC. Also, sometimes I encounter an I/O error when trying to format it.

Anyway thank you for your work, cause without I couldn't upload files :)
