Call Online not showing

Hello, I have installed latest version on debian11, around a week back. everything was fine. but suddenly Call online Stopped. also i dont see sip user upon ringing. when call gets connected it show sip user for that particular call.

I have tried updating it again. its now running on latest version of magnusbilling but still No online Calls.

i have tried pkill -f callchart but didnt work.. please help fixing this issue.
