Queue monitor with fixed calls already finished.

Noted that calls in a queue were fixed on queue monitor. The queue was with a SIP/account to go after the max waiting time.
To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Create a queue and add some agents
- Set the max wating time to 15 seconds and config the redirection like SIP/account
- Call the queue with a configured DID
- Follow the call at Queue monitor
- Hang up and check the monitor. The call won´t drop.
Expected behavior A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.
