Unable to Restore DB in new magnusbilling

hello, i tried various ways to restore database ,

1). tried deleting mbilling, recreated mbilling; and restored backup database 2. Override backup database on default database mbilling

in both ways having issues, unable to load the main page.

upgrading magnus also shows database connection issues. how to fix it
