NEW INSTALLATION STUCK ON MAIN PAGE - LOADING

NEW INSTALLATION HAS problems. when installed and reboot, it stucks on main page saying loading and loading..

please fix it.

Is it possible to use Asterisk 18 or 19 on installation? Is it possible to create installation script for Raspberry Pi4? Thanks
