DID monthly billing cycle

When a new DID is set up with an activation date of 28.3.22 The next billing period should begin on the 28.4.22, but the system charged it on the 23.4.22. After 27 days, and not after a whole calendar month as expected. I could not find any option to change it on the configuration.

there are a option on configuration menu to try bill the DID some days before the due date. Default is 5 days. This time is to give your customer time to refill the account if he not have enough credit.
