incoming not working Anveo Direct

I wonder if anyone has this issue before, I'm not very knowledgeable on Asterisk, and this Mbilling does not have a GUI interface for Asterisk setup like FreePBX does, so I'm very confused as of what should I do and where to change the settings to fix this, I know Anveo Direct uses SIP URI forwarding, anyone? thanks!

That is the new release, 7.8.0.3, make a downgrade to 7.8.0.2 (Hope you make a backup of your system before update).

15055853610 is a DID number? If yes, add it on menu DID and add a destination
