The form for adding new customer attribute is typing in reverse

Here's a video of what I currently see when typing. When I type, the text is written backwards.

To Reproduce (*)

I'm just trying to right click on a module's Setup/Patch/Data directory and create new customer attribute.

Expected behavior (*)

The text is typed properly
