[Files-Comparison] Compare *.phtml templates overridden in the Magento 2 module

Now we can compare *.phtml templates that are overridden in a custom theme.

We should be able to compare templates that are overridden in the Magento 2 module.

Acceptance Criteria:

• consider all possible ways how a template can be overridden through layout file https://developer.adobe.com/commerce/frontend-core/guide/layouts/xml-manage/#set-the-template-used-by-a-bloc
