Integrity constraint violation: 1062 Duplicate entry '11-general' for key

Getting error while migration from Magento 1.9.2.1 to Magento 2.4.7-p5

PHP version: 8.3 Magento 1 version: 1.9.2.1 Magento 2 version: 2.4.7-p5 Mariadb: 10.6

Steps performed:

  1. Installed Fresh Magento 2.4.7-p5 and then took db backup.
  2. Installed data migration tool, 2.4.7
  3. Then made changes in config.xml file like database details, crypt key etc.
  4. Started data migration process with settings migrations which is worked fine.
  5. When executed command for data migration, getting this error
