Magento1 to Magento2 data migration using tool, associate attribute and attribute group are not showing in magento 2 after migration

Preconditions

1. Magento 2.4.3
2. PHP 7.4

Steps to reproduce

1. Running migration tool using the version
2. it migrated the data into Magento2

Expected result

1. All data well formed and linked as into Magento 1 for all product, category, orders etc

Actual result

1. Some of attribute and attribute group for the product missing on magento2 but it showing on magento1
