fix usage of CacheRouteInterfaceFactory

looks like the CacheRouteInterfaceFactory is not correctly used... https://github.com/jg-development/m2-cache-warmer/commit/a09eb9b66c240ca518cbda1af2fabf1cfac08b50

without this fix setup:di:compile does not work
