make AINewChat behave like AIChat

  • make AINewChat accept roles, selections and instructions
  • document it
  • leave previous open preset options for backwards compatibility
  • do not wipe out a buffer whose window is closed

@madox2 Is there still interest? The idea is to be able to open more than one AIChat window in the same Vim instance. It would have to be (rather quickly) adapted to the latest commits
