Complete Subscription Flow

The following items are missing from the Respond subscription flow:

• Update credit card information (possibly done via re-subscribing using checkout)
• Listen for Stripe webhooks for subscription status changes

• Add Receipt Email

1. Add Tax option to the env file (this would be a float %)
2. Update the subscription code to include tax
3. Add a modal before checkout to breakout the subscription price (and tax) charged.
4. Create a receipt that shows the breakout. Have this receipt delivered every time a charge is made (once a year).
